Being in the city of Florence is to feel the essence of creative genius all around you. I have no desire to paint in the style of the renaissance or medieval times but the inspiration that still lingers in the city is timeless. Some of my paintings have been inspired by the intriguing mix of beauty to be found in Tuscany and Italy's many other regions. In the dwellings lived in for many centuries, the vineyards, the golden afternoon radiance.
